A: We are located in Baldwin Park, California which is in Los Angeles County. This means we are right in the middle of the aftermarket industry for wheels and tires. If we don't have it in stock, we can usually get it in within a few days.

Q: Are your wheel prices for a set of four or for one?

A: Wheel prices are listed per each wheel. Wheel and tire package include 4 wheels, 4 tires and everything you need for an easy bolt-on installation with shipping to 48 states.

Q: Do I get lugnuts, wheel locks and valve stems when I order wheels?

A: If you are buying wheels only, they are shipped with lug nuts, wheel locks and center caps only.

Q: Why can't I search your website for all wheels available on my specific application?

A: Since we carry so many brands and with the thousands of makes and models on the road today, it would be impossible to catalog every single wheel in every size for every car. A lot of websites have this capability, but still have many imperfections in their system on correct fitment. Most cars and trucks on the road today are very similar as far as wheels and tires are concerned. Something that fits a Honda Accord could also work on a Ford, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Dodge, etc.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm Pacific Standard Time and Saturady 9am-4:00pm.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We can ship almost anywhere in the world. We have customers from U.K. to Australia to Russia. All prices listed on the website are to the U.S. 48 continental states. If you would like a price on international shipping charges, please send us an email with exact shipping address and what you would like to order.

Q: Why can't you ship to a separate shipping address?

A: This is for security purposes only and to ensure that no-one can use your credit card who isn't authorized. By having this policy, we protect the legitimate card holders. If you really need to ship to another address besides the billing address, you can call the (800) number on the back of the credit card to list an alternate address. They will allow you to list at least one other alternate shipping address.

Q: How is my order packaged for shipping?

A: When you are buying wheels only, we usually use the original boxes. If you are buying wheels and tires, the tires are mounted onto the rims and high speed computer balanced. Cardboard is placed over the face of the wheel and they are shrink-wrapped. Tires are shipped as-is, with just the shipping labels attached to them.

Q: Do you carry other wheels or tires not listed on your web site?

A: The brands listed on the web page are what we mainly deal with. If there is a model missing in one of these brands, it usually means that is discontinued or no longer available. We are always updating the website with current information. We can usually special order other brands which are not listed on the website. If you know what you are looking for, please email us for a quote.

Q: When I place an order, when will my credit card be charged?

A: Before anything is ever processed, we make sure for you that the wheels and tires you ordered will correctly fit your vehicle. Once fitment is determined, your credit card will be charged and the order will be processed.

Q: Do you offer any kind of wholesale program for dealers?

A: If you are looking for a dealer on wheels and tires, please fax us your business license and re-sale #. You can get a discount of 5% off all brands listed on the website once this is completed.

Q: Can I buy an odd number of wheels (i.e. one, or three)?

A: Yes, you can order wheels one at a time. The freight charge is cheaper on a set of 4 though. Please send us an email for a quote with shipping and include size, finish (silver or chrome) and vehicle application.

Q: How long will it take my order to get to me?

A: If we have the item in stock, we will ship it out UPS Ground the same day you place the order. If we have to order the wheels, it usually only takes a few days to get the order ready to ship. Being located near Los Angeles, CA makes it easy for us to order a set of wheels and ship right away. Most wheel companies are located either here. West Coast and Mid-West customers can expect shipments to arrive in about 3-5 days from the time we ship and East Coast customers can expect about 7-10 days.

Q: Do you have everything listed on your web site in stock?

A: No, but we do carry a large inventory. Also when we don't have stock we can get most products from local warehouses within a day or two. Sometimes items are totally sold out and we can't get them for some time. This is obviously beyond our control and we will contact you via E-mail to let you know and give you the option of waiting/changing the order or canceling all together.
